The Story of a Photographer

This is one of my favorite verses from scripture and I firmly believe love is truly the greatest gift. I am a wife, mother, breast cancer survivor and I've struggled with neurological issues. When I am with my family, I am at my happiest. Photography has given me the opportunity to see God's glorious creation a whole new way. I started my photography journey with just shooting our beautiful Sonoran Desert. I love wondering off the usual path and discovering a new place, I could truly get lost wondering around out somewhere! Then I asked a friend with a new baby girl if I could practice taking some family photos. I was blown away by how blessed I felt being allowed into their family, to be able to capture those precious little moments of play, the loving look between husband and wife, and sweet serenity of napping in the loving arms of a first time mom. Since this first session, I have had the chance to work with a few different families at different stages of life and every time is such an honor.
